Our brief was to propose a new design direction for SEATY, the floating home brand — making it more contemporary, open to its environment and conceived for autonomous living on the water.

The project is grounded in both an architectural and a constructive approach, prioritising straightforward manufacturing methods, sustainable materials, and an optimisation-driven approach.

Inspired by the modernist concept of the free plan, the design offers flexible, fluid and adaptable spaces that foster a direct relationship between interior and exterior.

Through both the exterior and interior design, we have built a genuine architectural narrative centred on the lived experience: inhabiting the water, making it a place of comfort, freedom and connection with one’s surroundings.
